The XCS eiConsole for HR-XML is the developer's workstation for the XCS eiPlatform, its runtime component. In addition to the core features of the XCS eiConsole, which facilitate fast interface development, it's unique architecture manages the very specific requirements of HR-XML standards in use by the Human Resource industry. As outlined above, the stages which make up each interface are configured in the XCS eiConsole for HR-XML. They are tested end-to-end, and then deployed to the XCS eiPlatform Java framework with a simple mouse click for runtime processing.

The best-of-breed data XSLT transformation component within the XCS eiConsole, the XCS Data Mapper, enables the translation of proprietary formats to and from HR-XML.
